Courses
We train clinical and non-clinical staff together at your practice. Content is agreed before the session and adapted to your patient group, staff roles and available emergency equipment.
A practical whole-team course for primary care, covering recognition, immediate treatment and coordinated action across adult and paediatric emergencies.
Scenario-led training for the whole dental team, designed around the surgery, waiting room, emergency drugs and equipment available in your practice.
A concentrated practical refresher for clinical and non-clinical staff who need confidence in the immediate response to collapse and cardiac arrest.
How we teach
Sessions are practical. Your instructor demonstrates each skill, gives everyone time to practise and then brings the team together for realistic scenarios.

Who we are
Advanced Paramedic Practitioner in Critical Care · Resuscitation Council UK Instructor
ACE takes its name from Annabelle, Chloe and Eden and brings a personal sense of purpose to a professional, clinician-led training service.
Our lead instructor, Kevin Cuddon, brings 25 years of paramedic experience to every session, including advanced critical care and experience working with a frontline air ambulance charity in London. His teaching connects current guidance with the realities of recognising deterioration, leading a response and working effectively when the pressure is on.
In 2023, Kevin and fellow members of the clinical team received The Sun’s Who Cares Wins “999 Hero” Award for their part in rescuing and treating a patient critically injured on the London Underground. NHS Charities Together was the charity partner for the awards. Kevin understands that excellent emergency care depends on both clinical skill and the confidence to act. Training is supportive, inclusive and suitable for the whole practice team.

Yes. Training is delivered on site across London and surrounding areas. Bringing clinical and non-clinical staff together also allows the team to rehearse roles and communication.
Yes. GP content can include adult and paediatric BLS, AED use and anaphylaxis. Dental sessions can also cover common medical emergencies, emergency drugs, oxygen, equipment and surgery-based scenarios.
Where appropriate, yes. Familiarity with the equipment your team would use in a real incident is valuable and can identify practical issues before an emergency occurs.
CQC states that clinical staff should train at least annually. Non-clinical staff should generally also receive annual updates, although the practice’s local risk assessment may support a different interval.
Yes. Completion evidence can be provided for practice training records. The precise certificate wording and course scope will be confirmed when booking.
Yes. Timing can be discussed to minimise disruption, including sessions before opening, after closing or on a suitable protected-learning date.
